## Recover from the wrong scan

1. **Issue, return and restow**

   Issue, return and restow.

   Open issue, return and restow from the menu.

2. **Choose your station**

   Choose your station.

   Choose the station you are using. Check that your own name is shown. Ask an owner if the station is missing.

3. **Scan TOOL-001**

   Scan TOOL-001.

   Scan the tool in front of you. This opens its record. You still need to confirm the handover.

4. **Stop when a code is not found**

   Stop when a code is not found.

   An unknown scan clears the previous tool selection. Stop and ask a supervisor to check the code.
