    Enter only the piece that physically returned. The original demand is not reopened.

    Keep the return quarantined until an authorised condition review supports reuse.

    Check the current material, location, quantity and approved unit. This preparation has not posted stock.

  8. Confirm the physical facts

    Confirm only the movement you physically checked. A scan or prepared suggestion does not establish that it happened.

    The recorded receipt is retained. If the result is uncertain, keep the original request and check it before attempting another movement.
