# Receive a physically checked delivery

Select the actual material, correct an invalid fractional quantity, then record the arrival into receiving.

Use an authorised account and only supported physical facts. This recording uses an isolated synthetic stockroom with prepared approved materials, rules, opening stock and a selected station.

## Receive a physically checked delivery

1. **Choose the floor menu**

   This whole-unit material cannot accept half a piece. StoresFlow must refuse rather than round.

7. **Check the fractional quantity**

   Check the fractional quantity.

   Read the precision refusal and correct the physical quantity. No stock was posted.

8. **Enter actual quantity**

   Enter actual quantity.

   Enter the six whole pieces actually received, in the approved each unit.

9. **Check the exact movement**

   Check the exact movement.

   Check the current material, location, quantity and approved unit. This preparation has not posted stock.

10. **Confirm the physical facts**

   Confirm the physical facts.

   Confirm only the movement you physically checked. A scan or prepared suggestion does not establish that it happened.

11. **Record this movement**
