# Put away an original receipt

Move the prepared receipt from receiving to its approved bin with exact physical confirmation.

Use an authorised account and only supported physical facts. This recording uses an isolated synthetic stockroom with prepared approved materials, rules, opening stock and a selected station.

## Put away an original receipt

1. **Choose the floor menu**

   Choose the floor menu.

   Use the shared Floor menu for physical stock tasks.

2. **Open Put away**

   Open Put away.

   The example starts with a prepared twelve-piece receipt. It is still in receiving, separately from stock already in bins.

3. **Choose original receipt**

   Choose original receipt.

   Choose the original HELP-PREPARED-DELIVERY receipt so custody stays attached to that arrival.

4. **Choose actual source**

   Choose actual source.

   Select the actual receiving quantity held for this receipt.

5. **Choose actual destination**

   Choose actual destination.

   Choose the bin where the material physically arrived. The approved rule is checked again.

6. **Enter actual quantity**

   Enter actual quantity.

   Put away the complete twelve-piece receipt. Receiving stock is not reserved as ordinary available bin stock.

7. **Check the exact movement**

   Check the exact movement.

   Check the current material, location, quantity and approved unit. This preparation has not posted stock.

8. **Confirm the physical facts**

   Confirm the physical facts.

   Confirm only the movement you physically checked. A scan or prepared suggestion does not establish that it happened.

9. **Record this movement**

   Record this movement.

   The recorded receipt is retained. If the result is uncertain, keep the original request and check it before attempting another movement.
