Move the prepared job reservation from its allocated bin to staging.

## Pick a reservation to staging

1. **Choose the floor menu**

   HELP-PICK is a prepared four-piece reservation. Select its original record before recording the move.

3. **Choose job reservation**

   Choose job reservation.

   Keep this move attached to the exact original job reservation.

4. **Choose actual source**

   Choose actual source.

   Take the quantity allocated from A-01. Do not substitute another job or unapproved lot.

5. **Choose actual destination**

   Choose actual destination.

   Confirm the actual staging location. Picking still leaves material inside this ledger.

6. **Enter actual quantity**

   Enter actual quantity.

   Enter the four pieces physically picked for this job.

7. **Check the exact movement**

   Check the exact movement.

   Check the current material, location, quantity and approved unit. This preparation has not posted stock.

8. **Confirm the physical facts**

   Confirm the physical facts.

   Confirm only the movement you physically checked. A scan or prepared suggestion does not establish that it happened.

9. **Record this movement**

   Record this movement.

   The recorded receipt is retained. If the result is uncertain, keep the original request and check it before attempting another movement.
