Scan the bin you take the material from. A bin this job's stock was not allocated from is refused.

Use an authorised account and only supported physical facts. Each job's stock is allocated from particular bins, and the pick checks the bin you scan against them.

## Scan the allocated bin when picking

1. **Choose the floor menu**

   Choose the floor menu.

2. **Open Pick for a job**

   Open Pick for a job.

   JOB-24117 has four pieces reserved. Pick them from the bin they were allocated from.

3. **Choose job reservation**

   Choose job reservation.

   Keep this move attached to the exact job reservation.

4. **Scan a location**

   Scan a location.

   Choose Source location, so the next scan fills the bin you take the material from.

5. **Focus the scan field**

   Focus the scan field.

   Scan the label on the bin at the pick face.

6. **Scan another bin**

   Scan another bin.

   A-02 also holds these screws, but this job's stock was allocated from A-01. The scan is refused and nothing is selected.

7. **Scan the allocated bin**

   Scan the allocated bin.

   Scan A-01, the bin this job's stock was allocated from. The source fills in.

8. **Choose actual destination**

   Choose actual destination.

   Confirm the actual staging location. Picking still leaves material inside this ledger.

9. **Enter actual quantity**

   Enter actual quantity.

   Enter the four pieces physically picked for this job.

10. **Check the exact movement**

   Check the exact movement.

   Check the current material, location, quantity and approved unit. This preparation has not posted stock.

11. **Confirm the physical facts**

   Confirm the physical facts.

   Confirm only the movement you physically checked. A scan or prepared suggestion does not establish that it happened.

12. **Record this movement**
