# RefillFlow for operators

Scan, review and confirm an empty container, then see duplicate protection.

## Request a refill without duplicates

1. **Floor station**

   Floor station.

   Open the paired Line 1 station. Each real device must first be enrolled and paired by an owner.

2. **Start your station session**

   Start your station session.

   Use your own account. The roaming station requires a location scan when receiving, even though its name is Line 1.

3. **Scan the empty container**

   Scan the empty container.

   The released rule chooses the stores queue, quantity and destination automatically. A scan prepares the request; it does not send it.

4. **Confirm the refill request**

   Confirm the refill request.

   Check the item, ten units and Line 1 before confirming. This creates one refill obligation and its ticket. Printing does not confirm that material arrived.

5. **Scan the same container again**

   Scan the same container again.

   An open refill is shown instead of creating a duplicate or printing another ticket.
