# Record and withdraw mailbox qualification

Keep provider checks tied to the exact connection and stop future automatic sending when they need review.

## Record and withdraw mailbox qualification

1. **Review the sending mailbox**

   Review the sending mailbox.

   The buying mailbox is connected and its test has been accepted. Read the provider checks, who reviewed them and when they expire. An accepted test alone does not qualify supplier sending.

2. **Record what you checked**

An accepted test and a recorded qualification are separate. Withdrawing qualification keeps earlier evidence and does not undo a send attempt already in progress. A new accepted test alone cannot restore automatic sending. Real provider qualification needs the separately authorised checks for the current connection.
