Record and withdraw mailbox qualification
Keep provider checks tied to the exact connection and stop future automatic sending when they need review.
For owners
Sarah Hughes is signed in with only the Owner role and a recent security check. The Hartwell & Pryce Engineering buying mailbox is connected and an accepted test is recorded. James has reviewed the provider observations. This lesson uses isolated provider responses and clearly marked practice evidence.
Read these instructions on any device. Watch or practise a chapter on a desktop or laptop, with a desktop or mobile application layout. Demonstrations use sample data and simulated scanners.
Record and withdraw mailbox qualification
- Review the sending mailbox
Review the sending mailbox.
The buying mailbox is connected and its test has been accepted. Read the provider checks, who reviewed them and when they expire. An accepted test alone does not qualify supplier sending.
- Record what you checked
Record what you checked.
Keep a reason for accepting the retained provider checks. The record belongs to this exact mailbox connection and accepted test.
- Record the reviewed checks
Record the reviewed checks.
Record the qualification using your current Owner role and recent identity verification. In normal use this allows eligible automatic messages under the reviewed supplier rules. This isolated lesson uses practice evidence.
- Explain the permission concern
Explain the permission concern.
If mailbox permission or sender behaviour changes, withdraw qualification while the cause is investigated. A send attempt already in progress may still complete.
- Withdraw qualification
Withdraw qualification.
Stop automatic supplier messages that have not started. The previous qualification and all send evidence remain in history.
- Address a new mailbox test
Address a new mailbox test.
Enter the authorised recipient for a new test. The test contains no supplier order or attachment and does not restore qualification.
- Queue the authorised test
Queue the authorised test.
Queue the test once. This lesson uses an isolated provider response; real tests need the owner-authorised provider exercise.
- Check that qualification stays withdrawn
Check that qualification stays withdrawn.
Refresh the outcomes. The provider accepted the new test, but qualification remains withdrawn. Current reviewed evidence and a deliberate Owner record are still required before automatic supplier sending.
An accepted test and a recorded qualification are separate. Withdrawing qualification keeps earlier evidence and does not undo a send attempt already in progress. A new accepted test alone cannot restore automatic sending. Real provider qualification needs the separately authorised checks for the current connection.
