Prepare supplier terms for review

  1. Open catalogue releases

    Open catalogue releases.

Authors prepare supplier data and rules for independent review. Your Author role cannot activate a release.

  2. Open the November draft

    Open the November draft.

November purchasing terms is a prepared draft based on the reviewed October catalogue. Check it before editing.

  3. Edit the bolt supplier item

    Edit the bolt supplier item.

Choose BOLT-M8-100. Preserve the existing identity, one-box pack and exact 100-piece conversion.

  4. Set the reviewed supplier lead time

Set the reviewed supplier lead time.

For these November terms, the supplier has agreed seven days. Enter 7 without changing the order unit or conversion.

  5. Save the item in the draft

Save the item in the draft.

Save the reviewed supplier terms. Saving a draft does not change the active catalogue used by orders.

  6. Run the saved checks and freeze

Run the saved checks and freeze.

The saved examples must pass. Freezing preserves this exact content for a different reviewer and prevents further editing until it is sent back.

A frozen release is not active. Ask an independent Reviewer to inspect the checks and the effect on current requests. Do not ask for another role merely to approve your own work.
