For operators
Sam Ashworth is signed in with only the Operator role. HP-PO-01002 orders 100 M8 bolts from Calder Fixings. Priya Shah received the first 60 at goods in and recorded them in StoresFlow.

Follow an order that is part received
- Open the orders list
Open the orders list.
Orders lists every order with its status. HP-PO-01002 shows Part received: StoresFlow has recorded part of the delivery at goods in.
- Check what is still to come
Check what is still to come.
Open HP-PO-01002. The bolt line shows 60 pieces received in StoresFlow and 40 still outstanding. Purchasing records the receipt against the order line; it does not change stock itself.
- Check the remaining on order
Check the remaining on order.
On order now counts only the 40 pieces still to come. StoresFlow sets this figure against the bin's reorder point, so the same bolts are not ordered twice.
Receipts are recorded in StoresFlow and kept against each Purchasing order line. Part received means something is still to come; follow it up with the supplier if the confirmed date passes.
