Audience: Supervisor

Sarah Hughes is signed in with only the Supervisor role and a recent security check. Sam has already submitted Draft 2 for one box of M8 bolts under the reviewed approval rule. The separate calibration order and 150-piece queue request remain unchanged.

5. **Check the outstanding commitment**

   Check the outstanding commitment.

On order shows approved quantities still outstanding. The newly approved bolt line contributes 100 pieces.

6. **Read the approved line**

   Read the approved line.

Open M8-ZP and check HP-PO-01002 in the order history. Physical receipts remain the source product's responsibility.

Approval creates a commitment. It does not confirm that the supplier was told or that stock arrived. Follow the separate sending workflow and use StoresFlow for physical receipts. Never repeat an uncertain approval under a new action identity.
