## Review notes and share the right report

1. **Open the setup notes**

   Open the setup notes.

   Record useful setup details separately from measured outcomes. Include only information you intend to keep or share.

2. **Enter the printer model**

   Enter the printer model.

   A printer model is a device detail. Entering one lets us check that the default report leaves device details out.

3. **Enter a setup note**

   Enter a setup note.

   Treat notes as potentially sensitive. Review the full-report choice before sharing them.

4. **Go on to measure, scan and report**

   Go on to measure, scan and report.

   Once what came out is recorded, the last step opens. A printed label is measured and scanned there; without one, the report still records what happened.

5. **Review the report**

   Review the report.

   Review the evidence before sharing it. By default, device names, notes and received text are excluded.

6. **Download the reviewed JSON report**

   Download the reviewed JSON report.

   The real exporter offers the reviewed report for download. Keep it with your setup evidence; the browser does not confirm where you saved it.
