## When no label appears

1. **Record that no label appeared**

   Record that no label appeared.

   Opening or downloading the document is not proof of output. Check the queue, driver and stock on the printing computer.

2. **Review the report**

   Review the report.

   Review the evidence before sharing it. By default, device names, notes and received text are excluded.

3. **Download the reviewed JSON report**

   Download the reviewed JSON report.

   The real exporter offers the reviewed report for download. Keep it with your setup evidence; the browser does not confirm where you saved it.
