## Download labels, reports and a recoverable backup

1. **Import a prepared rack**

   Import a prepared rack.

This synthetic backup enters the ordinary strict restore path. It has aluminium and steel pieces, including damaged and unchecked ones.

2. **Open downloads and rack report**

   Open downloads and rack report.

These are real files from the product exporters, generated locally.

3. **Download 100 by 150 mm labels**

Download 100 by 150 mm labels.

Print at actual size, then check a sample label and scanner. A prepared PDF proves neither printing nor attachment.

4. **Choose the A4 label layout**

   Choose the A4 label layout.

The A4 sheet contains eight 99.1 by 67.7 mm label positions.

5. **Download A4 labels**

   Download A4 labels.

The same available pieces receive labels in the selected A4 layout.

6. **Download bin cards**

   Download bin cards.

A4 bin cards carry local OBL1 codes. Scan lookup is limited to the loaded project.

7. **Download a rack list PDF**

   Download a rack list PDF.

This is your local list, not independently verified stock evidence.

8. **Download available pieces CSV**

   Download available pieces CSV.

Import identifier columns as text in spreadsheets so leading zeroes stay exact.

9. **Download the full history CSV**

   Download the full history CSV.

This human-readable history preserves past actions. The JSON backup is the file for restoring the whole project.

10. **Download a full backup**

   Download a full backup.

Keep this JSON separately before clearing browser data. The backup includes all pieces and their history.

11. **Save on this practice device**

   Save on this practice device.

Practice uses its own private database. The normal workbench and its cookie are never read or changed.

12. **Try a corrupt backup**

   Try a corrupt backup.

Strict restore refuses duplicate JSON keys and preserves the accepted rack.

13. **Dismiss the refusal**

   Dismiss the refusal.

The accepted local project is still available.

14. **Start a new temporary project**

   Start a new temporary project.

The downloaded file remains available even when this temporary working rack is cleared.

15. **Restore the downloaded backup**

   Restore the downloaded backup.

These are the actual JSON bytes just downloaded from the application, passed through its ordinary strict file input. The rack and complete history return.

16. **Check the restored project download**

   Download a full backup.

Download again to verify that the restored rack and complete history match the original backup.
