Export and recover genuine project data

Download actual reports and backups, save isolated work and validate recovery.

For operators

Read these instructions on any device. Watch or practise a chapter on a desktop or laptop, with a desktop or mobile application layout. Demonstrations use sample data and simulated scanners.

Export and recover genuine project data

  1. Start a manifest check

    Start a manifest check.

Check distinct IDs against a reviewed local list. This synthetic lesson never confirms physical contents or despatch.

  2. Choose the prepared manifest

    Choose the prepared manifest.

The prepared CSV enters the real file input. Each listed carton has its own exact ID; this is not a quantity list.

  3. Map the exact ID column

    Map the exact ID column.

Choose Label for the carton IDs. Leading zeroes remain significant.

  4. Map the descriptions

    Map the descriptions.

Choose Text for the description. The Ignore column stays outside the retained snapshot.

  5. Name the manifest snapshot

    Name the manifest snapshot.

Give this reviewed snapshot a recognisable name. A name and date are local context, not verified authority.

  6. Declare the list date

    Declare the list date.

This declared source date does not prove that a manifest is current.

  7. Confirm distinct physical IDs

    Confirm distinct physical IDs.

Confirm that every row is a distinct carton, pallet or serial ID, never a repeated SKU representing a quantity.

  8. Load the reviewed manifest

    Load the reviewed manifest.

The real reader validates three unique IDs and keeps only the mapped columns. A pallet ID never implies its child cartons were checked.

  9. Record the first listed ID

    Record the first listed ID.

The exact listed ID counts once. This keyboard submission is a local observation, not proof that goods were loaded.

  10. Record the second listed ID

    Record the second listed ID.

The exact listed ID counts once. This keyboard submission is a local observation, not proof that goods were loaded.

  11. Record the third listed ID

    Record the third listed ID.

The exact listed ID counts once. This keyboard submission is a local observation, not proof that goods were loaded.

  12. Review coverage and exceptions

    Review coverage and exceptions.

Review missing, unexpected and repeated observations independently before finishing or exporting.

  13. Freeze the local summary

    Freeze the local summary.

Finishing freezes the current coverage and exceptions. It does not approve a load, confirm carton contents or book despatch.

  14. Download the actual CSV report

    Download the actual CSV report.

The real CSV keeps observations, exact IDs, recorded sources, corrections and finished summaries. Import identifiers as text in a spreadsheet.

  15. Download the actual PDF report

    Download the actual PDF report.

The genuine PDF includes coverage, exceptions and retained history. Downloading it does not confirm printing or despatch.

  16. Download a recoverable project

    Download a recoverable project.

The real portable exporter keeps the synthetic manifest and replayable scan history. Derived coverage is checked again when imported.

  17. Save isolated practice work

    Save isolated practice work.

The normal save action writes only this Help session’s private database. Ordinary saved work remains separate.

  18. Start new temporary work

    Start new temporary work.

Accept the genuine replacement confirmation. This frame’s isolated saved check remains available until the session ends.

  19. List the isolated saved check

    List the isolated saved check.

Only this practice session’s saved work is listed. Normal projects and workbench cookies are never read.

  20. Restore the saved check

    Restore the saved check.

The actual project store validates and replays the saved history before showing the summary.

  21. Refuse malformed project data

    Refuse malformed project data.

Duplicate JSON keys are rejected atomically. The accepted manifest and all observations remain unchanged.

  22. Keep the accepted check

    Keep the accepted check.

Dismiss the refusal. The complete original check remains available.

  23. Import a prepared synthetic check

    Import a prepared synthetic check.

The genuine importer replays the prepared project with one listed ID observed. Imported source and time claims remain unverified.
