## Scan, review and accept a label run

1. **Choose the work order scan field**

   Choose the work order scan field.

   Focus this field before using a keyboard scanner. Scanning elsewhere must never start a label run.

2. **Scan the work order**

   Scan the work order.

   An exact reference selects the current imported snapshot. Check the customer, job revision and line before preparing labels.

3. **Prepare the label**

   Prepare the label.

   Approved rules automatically resolve the customer code, template, decoration, quantity and destination. AI is not deciding what prints on this job.

4. **Accept the reviewed label run**

   Accept the reviewed label run.

   Check the canonical proof and all three copies first. Acceptance creates one recorded run. On a routed PrintStation destination the exact retained PDF is handed over automatically.

5. **Open print history**

   Open print history.

   Use this history for the original run, linked reprints and uncertainty evidence. Keep submission, operator observation and physical confirmation separate.
