# Amend an accepted configuration

Copy accepted inputs into a new revision, re-evaluate and accept the replacement deliberately.

## Amend an accepted configuration

1. **Configurations**

2. **Choose the training frame**

   Use an already approved and active release. Each configuration describes exactly one unit.

3. **Enter the frame width**

   Enter the frame width.

   Enter an exact width of 800 millimetres. Check the selected unit alongside the value.

4. **Enter the frame height**

   Enter the frame height.

   Enter an exact height of 1000 millimetres.

5. **Choose the finish**

   Choose the finish.

   Choose the approved natural finish from the declared options.

6. **Choose whether a panel is required**

   Choose whether a panel is required.

   Choose no panel for this frame. Do not infer a missing option.

7. **Evaluate the configuration**

   Evaluate the configuration.

   Apply the active reviewed rules, then inspect the parts, quantities and cut dimensions.

8. **Accept the exact checked result**

   Accept the exact checked result.

   Accept only the valid result you checked. Acceptance records this engineering evaluation, not order approval or permission to manufacture.

9. **Start an amendment**

   Start an amendment.

   Start another input revision of this configuration. The earlier accepted result remains unchanged.

10. **Choose the current release for the amendment**

   Choose the current release for the amendment.

   Check the original and currently active release before choosing the rules for the new evaluation.

11. **Correct the width**

   Correct the width.

   Change the width to 900 millimetres. The old result is not edited.

12. **Evaluate the configuration**

   Evaluate the configuration.

   Apply the active reviewed rules, then inspect the parts, quantities and cut dimensions.

13. **Accept the exact checked result**

   Accept the exact checked result.

   Accept only the valid result you checked. Acceptance records this engineering evaluation, not order approval or permission to manufacture.
