## Deal with a missing result

1. **Scan the result code**

   Scan the result code.

   Scan the code printed on the result. Read its current status before using any details.

2. **Check a code that was not found**

   Check a code that was not found.

   A missing code clears the last result. Check the code or ask your supervisor. Do not use an old result from memory.

3. **Read the missing-code message**

   Read the missing-code message.

   The last result has been cleared. Check the code or ask your supervisor.
