## Correct missing details and a barcode that cannot fit

1. **Clear the required location to see the warning**

   Clear the required location to see the warning.

   A missing location blocks PDF generation. Correct the required value before continuing.

2. **Enter the example bin location**

   Enter the example bin location.

   The location stays as text. Its exact value is the barcode value while it is bound to Location ID.

3. **Choose a separate barcode value**

   Choose a separate barcode value.

   The displayed location and the code returned by the scanner can be different. Review that difference deliberately.

4. **Try an example barcode that cannot fit**

   Try an example barcode that cannot fit.

   This example is too wide for the fixed Code 128 area. The fit check must refuse it rather than shrink the barcode.

5. **Check the over-wide barcode**

   Check the over-wide barcode.

   The real layout check refuses the barcode. No partial PDF is offered. Shorten the value or choose an appropriate barcode format.

6. **Enter the exact scan value**

   Enter the exact scan value.

   The six-character value keeps every leading zero. Changing a separate value does not change the visible location.

7. **Check the card and generate the PDF**

   Check the card and generate the PDF.

   The real worker checks the text and barcode fit, then makes the PDF. Its preview uses those completed bytes.

8. **Download the checked PDF**

   Download the checked PDF.

   The PDF already contains the requested pages and copies. Print it at actual size on the printing computer. Downloading it does not prove a card printed.
