## Review a correction and retain the evidence

1. **Open reference tables**

   Open reference tables.

Operators maintain existing tables. This example starts with a prepared saved version.

2. **Choose the shared table**

   Choose the shared table.

Check the table name and current version before editing.

3. **Correct the customer code**

   Correct the customer code.

Change only the printed customer code. The kit_sku remains CONTROL_BOX because it identifies the physical kit.

4. **Inspect the before and after values**

Inspect the before and after values.

Check the before and after values, including fields which must stay unchanged. The retained second row is still part of the table.

5. **Explain the correction**

   Explain the correction.

Describe the intended change rather than writing a generic note.

6. **Confirm the reviewed change**

   Confirm the reviewed change.

A review acknowledgement confirms that you have checked this proposal.

7. **Save the next version**

   Save the next version.

The earlier version remains available. If a response is uncertain, keep this page open and retry the same request instead of inventing another request.
