## Review and accept a prepared evidence file

1. **Review evidence files**

   Review evidence files.

   Open review evidence files.

2. **Resume the prepared file review**

   Resume the prepared file review.

   This fictional file was uploaded through the real application before the lesson. Review its one new record and eight already accepted records before deciding whether to accept it.

3. **Check source, permission and coverage**

   Check source, permission and coverage.

   Check the declared source, owner, sharing authority, retention and warnings. The file has not been checked against a live source system.

4. **Confirm the reviewed content**

   Confirm the reviewed content.

   Confirm only when you have checked this same file and are authorised to admit it. The final security preparation lasts two minutes.

5. **Accept the reviewed file**

   Accept the reviewed file.

   Press once and wait for the confirmed result. An interrupted response must be checked using its original request.
