Record source identity, disclosure authority, retention and actual relationship types.

## Declare a source and its authority

1. **Declared datasets**

   State the agreed storage and retention basis. A source declaration is not live verification.

10. **Declare the recorded relationship type**

   Select only the relationship types this source actually supplies. Do not turn a verification check into consumption.

   The creating supervisor is a named reader. Add other readers only with permission to share this source evidence.
